Do antisemites realize that they are just creating a new holiday for the Jewish people? Do antisemites understand that most of the Jewish holidays are about evil people trying to kill them, they overcome and win, and then they have a special feast filled with empty carbs? Biblical View of Women
The world has a skewed view of women and the church which doesn’t teach Torah has embraced this view. Young girls are taught that their God-given role as daughters, wives, and mothers, has less value than having a career. Titus outlines the roles of older and young women, the ‘keepers of the home.’ The Greek word for ‘keeper’ is ouros and means ‘guardian’ (Titus 2:3-5).
The Woman, Blood, and the Risen Girl
With the events surrounding the woman with the issue of bleeding and the little girl rising to Messiah’s tzizit, the Jewish people were seeing the beginning of the redemption of Israel. They were being shown great signs from from the Messiah that their time of cleansing blood-covered hands and evils deeds was nearing (Isaiah 1:15-16, Isaiah 59:3).
Open My Eyes: Wonders of Torah
When Yeshua became flesh and walked on earth, he only had the Hebrew Scriptures – the Torah, the Prophets and the Writings – for teaching about repentance and the Kingdom of God. The Torah contains the history and foundations of a Biblical faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the God of Isra’el. Since the Torah is the most obvious place to begin learning about the Creator, His Kingdom, His family, His chosen nation, His plan of redemption through Yeshua and His restoration of Isra’el, many followers of the Jewish Messiah use the weekly Torah portions to delve deeper into Yeshua and his teachings, the Scriptures that testify to him, his ministry and his Father’s plan of redemption.
