Here are the four sides of my N95 mask box. I had to wear them last year when working in dense smoke from a forest fire. It was very difficult breathing with them when raking leaves, cleaning firepits and bathrooms, even talking to guests. The USFS did NOT require them when the PPM were 1200 on a scale of 500 and we couldn’t see 10 feet in front of us (See Purple Air). Our box was also purchased BEFORE Covid so that was not printed anywhere on the box.
