Cultural Overload and Chickens

With race riots being incited by government leaders, the unconstitutional executive orders by a senseless president, the kidnapping of children by Child Protective Services in order to vaccinate already unhealthy children, the Muslim takeover of the US through the ignorance of a generation’s zeal for cultural tolerance, school murders because of mental illness caused by pharmaceutical drugs and unchecked aggression, the acceptance of marriage between two people of the same sex who cannot biologically procreate, the supposed war on the women that allows them to kill babies in the womb, the push toward losing our inalienable rights as American citizens with freedom of religion, the right to bear arms, the right to assembly, the protection from search and seizure, I’m watching 2 Timothy chapter 3 coming to pass right before my eyes.

“Moreover, understand this: in the last days will come trying times.  People will be self-loving, money-loving, proud, arrogant, insulting, disobedient to parents, ungrateful, unholy, heartless, unappeasable, slanderous, uncontrolled, brutal, hateful of good,  traitorous, headstrong, swollen with conceit, loving pleasure rather than God, as they retain the outer form of religion but deny its power.”

Some days I just like watching it snow on my chickens.

Talmud – 2 Timothy 3:2-5

“But mark this: There will be terrible times in the last days. People will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boastful, proud, abusive, disobedient to their parents, ungrateful, unholy, without love, unforgiving, slanderous, without self-control, brutal, not lovers of the good, treacherous, rash, conceited, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God— having a form of godliness but denying its power” (2 Timothy 3:2-5).

From Abraham Cohen’s Everyman’s Talmud, page 349, Bab. Talmud Peshaim 98a, this is what the Jewish scholars believed about the last days.

“In the generation in which the Son of David (Yeshua) will come, youths will insult their elders, the old will have to stand up before the young, a daughter will revolt against her mother … and a son will feel no shame in the presence of his father …. Meeting places for study will be turned into brothels, the learning of the scribes will decay and sin-fearing men will be condemned.”
