The current deal being discussed is an Egyptian proposal which will release around 33 female, ill, and elderly hostages in exchange for a significant amount of terrorists, a return to Northern Gaza, and a temporary ceasefire of one day per hostage. Since Hamas is now desperate to avoid an IDF entry to Rafah, it appears as though they are seriously considering the deal, and might accept it.

The prophet Ezekiel was given a scroll with writing on the front and back. He is told not to be afraid of the House of Isra’el for they will not listen to the words. No matter what happens to him, Ezekiel is to preach the Word of Elohim so the people will know there is a prophet in their midst (Ezekiel 2). Ezekiel is told to eat the scroll and fill his insides. The scroll tasted like honey (Ezekiel 3). Some scholars suggest the little scroll is the ‘deed’ of ownership for the earth. Others suggest it is the ‘deed’ to the Promised Land.

Passover is a mikrah or ‘rehearsal dinner.’ Many are called, but few choose to rehearse. When the wedding feast comes, they may be just one of the multitudes of wedding guests or they may be the one who is wearing the wrong clothes and be “bound hand and foot, and thrown outside in the dark!’ In that place people will wail and grind their teeth” (Matthew 22:13).
