Commander of the Air Force Major General Tomer Bar said “We are working with intensity, the face of Gaza will change, every bomb out of the tens of thousands of bombs we dropped is an intelligence-based target, it hits Hamas operatives, its commanders, the organization’s infrastructure, and its headquarters.”
Israel War Update – Day 49
Professor Hagai Levin, head of the medical department at the abductees families’ headquarters, spoke at a joint press conference about the health of the captives. “Among the abductees are babies, children, women, elderly men, the sick, the injured, the disabled and those with special needs. Where are they? Who takes care of them? These are people in urgent need. They can die without medical treatment. There is an immediate threat to their lives. Everyone needs medical treatment, sunlight, vitamins, food, and more. They need their doctors. The captives cannot speak, so we must make their voices heard.”
Social Media vs. Fellowship
True fellowship along with my gifts of discernment and teaching isn’t really a social media platform. Though Facebook tends to reach more people, the limitations around this platform continue to grow. Those whose hearts I could touch with Messiah Yeshua now just close their ears and eyes because of a distaste for ‘religion.’ Un-following is easy and their prerogative. There have been some who have sought the Truth through seeds planted and we have had inspiring conversations via private message. A few even had a heart change for Yeshua and began to walk in the ways that He walked. In spite of the blessings, the time has come to separate from the goats and the tares in my social media life. The time has come to separate from the darkness that permeates Facebook and walk in the light, not being tempted to sin in judgment or lashon hara [evil tongue], but to be purified from sin.
Israel War Update – Day 39
My kids went back to sleep in their own beds. The sirens are less frequent, and we haven’t had a nighttime one in a while. It took time to convince the little ones—they felt safe in that tiny room with the thick cement walls and heavy metal door. They could let their guard down and fall asleep without worrying about a missile plummeting towards our cozy neighborhood.
