Yochanan (John) hears a voice that sounds like a trumpet and he is “instantly in the Spirit.” This is an allusion to the ‘blink of an eye’ at the last shofar blast, when the transformation from flesh bodies to spirit bodies takes place in a ‘moment’ at the first resurrection. The Hebrew word for ‘moment’ is rega and means ‘just a moment, wait.’ The prophet Isaiah reveals more about the ‘blink of an eye.’

Revelation Chapter 3 – Laodicea
This edict by the Laodicean Council directly not only contradicts the Fourth Commandment given by Elohim in Exodus 20:8-10, it is an affront to every Sabbath Scripture. Judaizing has nothing to do with obeying the commandments as an expression of faith. The term had become synonymous with requiring a non-Jewish follower of Messiah to convert to Judaism through ritual flesh circumcision. Keeping the seventh-day Sabbath has nothing to do with Judaism, but has everything to do with obeying Elohim’s commandments.
